Stay away scammers and poor vehicle maintenance

Pre-Owen vehicles are not service properly I got a pre-Owen 2010 cx9 and after I took it to a shop for full inspection at my own cost this is what I found out (bad brakes, low steering fluid, worn out spark plugs, and worst of all burn out transmission fluid this mean my transmission will fail sooner or later. Now keep in mind that this is a big authorized dealership and if you don't know anything about car mechanically speaking you would trust this guys right?? Wrong ! DO NOT TRUST this guys. Now let's get to the scamming part. We had agreed verbally and on the invoice paper a price for this vehicle but when they send me to finance they over price it again $800 I was STUPID enough to sing the contract and notice it when I got home ( 40 miles from the dealership) I called them and no one has return my calls. This is a real review and I hope some of you would learn from my mistake , well I did and I will never go back again and will NOT recommend this dealership to my family, friends or to some hard working people that want to get a dissent vehicle for their family, beware salesman frank - finance jeff

WARNING! DO NOT GIVE A DEPOSIT until you actually know terms/ rate etc they are selling car for. Jeremy, sales man, failed to tell us deposit is non refundable unless it is in writing on agreement which only had car price and no rate information. It was late in the evening, so according to Jeremy finance guy could not give us an answer till next day and if we won't like terms we can get deposit back. The very next I was offered 16% interest rate!! Of course I refused this offer, and guess what?.. no money back from them, stating that since it is not in writing on agreement they have rights to keep it.. The owner of company was simply rude when I contacted him about this issue. They give you false information, pressure you to sign paperwork and give up deposit... I will be taking this matter to the next level at this point and will report this dealership to IL Motor Vehicle Department and Better Business Bureau, but I feel like other people must be warned about what can happen with them if they will simply trust a sales a person.

WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL service in my experience! Customer Beware!‎

After someone backed into my parked car, I went back to Roto Mazda where I had initially bought my car. The 2-3 day repair turned into the worst experience I could have ever had with Roto.

Each repair or service prior to this incident always took way longer than I had experienced with other dealers, but I figured I'd deal with the time for quality service. Boy was I wrong! During one of the oil changes, they dented my car and said they would fix it. What better time for them to fix it then when I was getting the other repair done.

The simple repair turned into a two week ordeal. They had "fixed" my car ('09 Mazda 6). I had to call to check on it and they told me it was ready. I drove all the way there to find that they had not even got my parts in! I left it there so they could finish it up while.

Next time I came to get it, my wheel still had yet to come in, but they said I could take the car while it came in. They pulled up my car and what do I see?...Scratch all over the side they had "fixed". All along the rear door panel and back were ingrained scratches. The manager said he didn't remember those being there before, and I promptly told them to fix it and was given another rental car from Enterprise to use.

I came back after the weekend where they had fixed the vehicle, and the body-shop manager pulled the car out and said "Looking perfect isn't it"...and I looked and this time scratches all along the passenger side of the car!!! Like last time, the manager knew it somehow came from their shop, but was not apologetic at all. Instead, they made me grab another rental and said it would be done the next day.

Of course come end-of-business the next day, I have to call them in order to get a status report, and they tell me it's all set. I came in to grab it and they send their porter to go get the totally wrong car. I told them that wasn't my key on the tag number, and they found the right one and pulled it up.

Yet again, I found a small scratch along the door, but all I wanted was my car back. I took the car and talked to the manager for compensation. He said he would have to talk to body shop manager who was off that day and that he would call me Monday.

Monday comes along, and I have to call them. He says he talked to the body shop and there's nothing he could do because they fixed it. I ask for something...anything because they kept my car for two weeks, scratched the heck out of it, wasted my gas driving back and forth. The manager Dominick, said they had fixed everything and there was nothing he was going to do and then he proceeded to hang up the phone on me!!!!

All in all...I cannot believe the horid service (where they continue to mess up your vehicle) and the 180-degree attitude change of the managers and service folk from before you buy a car to after you buy a car. After they got you, they don't care anymore about common customer decency and quality of service. Stay Away!
