Had L-Electronics come out to service my LG Flat screen TV (TV had a problem with power supply such as turning on and turning off) They are suppose to be LG certified to service ANY LG products! Technician comes out is barley able to speak English tell him the problem ( also mentioned we think its the power supply problem he said it was impossible for that to be the problem) Takes the apart and says its the main board so we order the part comes back puts the part in and TV got worse had him remove the part out of the TV.. Then he told me that he would have to take the TV to their shop to get fixed because he is not sure what the problem was. I told him no, which is why I paid extra for him to come out and fix it.. ( 300 spent with them they didn't do nothing for the TV!) Called LG had to spend more money for their Technician to come out and they finally fixed my TV and explained step by step what the prob was and what he was doing VS L-Electronics did not they were not able to answer any of my questions i had about the TV. The problem was the power supply! In the long run L-Electronics did not do anything for me they took 300$ from me and wont give me a refund for wasting my time! Spoke to Brian who says he is the manager was unable to help and answer my questions. My main question was your technician is LG certified , if so why was he unable to perform what the Factory technician did? Respond- SILENCE Very unhappy with the service don't get your service done here !!!

Keep away from L Electronics in Arlington Heights. They are a scammer who refuses to do repairs LG says are covered under warranty unless you pay them money upfront.
