I unfortunately found myself in some trouble. I was recommended to this firm by a friend and was very pleased with their experience, knowledge and services. Would highly recommend!

After contacting the law offices of Clarke & Busch for a consultation, Jim got right back to me. Jim listened to my story, understood where I was coming from, patiently answered all my questions and outlined my options based on his extensive background. He walked me through the process from start to finish and made me feel like I was not alone and that he and his team would be there for me step by step. I have three small children and it was comforting to know that we would be taken care of and he would fight for us. Jim is smart, thoughtful, and not afraid to speak the truth in court. His communication skills and style are very direct and plain language which makes it easy and efficient to do business with him. He was encouraging with his advice while still being respectful of my wishes. For billing, Jim's secretary kept me up to date with detailed bills so I always knew where I stood.
