Beautifully landscaped. Buildings well maintained. Quiet setting. Lots to offer in terms of accessibility to shopping, professionals, restaurant, leisure.

Great place to live! Large pool onsite. Well-kept grounds. Known for its beautiful landscaping Forest View Racquet & Fitness Club on Falcon Drive is across the street, with at newly renovated tennis complex. The club, which is part of the Arlington Heights Park District, offers many amenities, including a nursery. Falcon Park, at the corner of Goebbert and Falcon, offers a new playground and basketball court. Residents can sign up for classes at Township HS District 214's school, located next to the club. 214 offers community education classes, entertainment/shows, trips, tutoring, etc. year-round. A PACE bus stop is a few feet from our Algonquin parking lot and another is just down the street. Within easy walking distance of 5 shopping centers, restaurants, professional offices, storage facilities, etc. Mitsuwa Marketplace, the largest Japanese market in the US, is at the end of the block. Within easy driving distance of Woodfield Mall. Relax in the evenings at one of the 2 gazebos next to either our north or south pond. Laundry and storage facilities in each building, and we recently completed a five-year $1million+ infrastructure-improvement program. Association fees cover heat (gas), water, garbage, snow removal, all landscaping, all maintenance, and all other operations. Residents pay for electricity, cable, and phone. Rules requiring annual criminal background checks of renters and other non-owners to ensure safety of homeowners. Strictly enforced rules to ensure uniformity and cleanliness of exterior of the complex and to protect property values.

Gate to 6 newly renovated tennis courts is open so non-members can access courts when they aren't in use by members. Club's offerings include a nursery for both members and non-members. 2. We are within walking distance of 5 shopping centers, restaurants, a dentist across the street, a storage facility, etc, and within easy driving distance of many other spots, including Woodfield Mall, just down the road.
