Was greeted promptly at door but customer experience falls due to long waits. Also for the people thinking earlier is better I arrived at the time the store opened,and still has very long wait times.

Greeted promptly at door, was told were to go for cell phone issues, greeted promptly by service tech, who replaced my defective phone within minutes...Awesome service!!!
