THE worst company I have EVER dealt with. They refuse to work with you. They refuse to give an inch. They do NOT care about their customers, as they know you have no where else to go for the services they provide. The people who work in the office are some of the rudest people I've ever spoken to. It's pretty sad when a big corporation like Energy makes a little "cooperative" look bad. Energy has much nicer customer service.
