One person working here is sweet, respectful, quick, and competent. Another is miserable, gruff, unhelpful, and obviously wants to be somewhere else. Lapcorp should help her fulfill that dream. The next time I go there, I'm taking names so I can push the process along.

Rude, unprofessional, careless, lost my samples, disrespectful.

Rude and unprofessional. They do not greet patients nor pay attention to the patients. I came in for a test and they were too busy talking to even notice I was there. I signed in and waited a while before I had to get up myself so find out what was going on. I was the only patient waiting. One girl had her feet kicked up while on her cellphone. The other girl who gave the test to me was not friendly at all, she did not even say goodbye when I was ready to leave. Do not come to this location.
