This dealer has nice environment and good sales representative (Ryan Jones). I traded in my 2007 RAV4 last night. Ryan is easy to work with and he didn't pressure us. But I forgot to ask more for my trad-in.

I originally decided to service my Toyota vehicles at Ardmore Toyota because it was the closest location. However, I have continued to use their service department since because I found them easy to reach, and they have provided good and timely service. I have also appreciated their courtesy transport service.

Clean and professional. Guys are nice. Check out lady goes through the motions - asked me three times how I was doing. Uh, I told you the first time. They always try to upsell you something. I only go here for routine stuff. Tires - go to Costco. Saved $250. Overall though, they're timely, they remind you for your appointment, the waiting area is comfortable. Just need to know what you're going to use them for.

I love my 2012 Scion IQ except for the fact that the mpg is not what is advertised. When I purchased it, Rich was just as helpful as could be without pushing. I have been taking my Toyota Tacoma to Ardmore Toyota since I bought it there 4 years ago. The Service Department has always been thorough in their explanations of the work they are doing and their prices are competitive. I really like how they use genuine Toyota parts and their service technicians are trained and knowledgeable about my truck. I have had to take it back for a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) to get the rear suspension redone and they did a great job and it cost me nothing. I was unaware of the TSB (which is kind of like a recall) and had asked about my "sagging rear end" on my truck. After I read about the TSB on a Tacoma site, I brought it to the Service Managers attention and they honored it 100%. I am amazed at the quality of work and attention to detail that Ardmore Toyota puts in to my Tacoma. This is my9th Toyota (6 FJ40 Land Cruisers, 1 4Runner and 1 other Tacoma) and I will continue to buy Toyotas and highly recommend Ardmore Toyota. A+++

From the purchase of my car to a minor service I had done there, my experience with Ardmore Toyota was seamless. I received a great deal on my car purchase and they were very helpful with all the subsequent details. When I had to take it in for a minor service, I felt like top priority even though it was early in the morning when most of us barely want to speak to another human :). They gave me a rental with no hassle and my car was done by the time I ended work. I would highly reccomend Ardmore Toyota to anyone looking for a car!

We recently took our Prius in for service. The service staff were very friendly and courteous. While waiting for the work to be completed the staff even checked on me. The check out process was simple and they brought my car right to the door. We were very impressed.

Not a bad dealership. I purchased a new Sienna & got a fairly good deal. Dealer was flexible & wanted to work with me. Only issue was that they said it would take about 3 days to get the car -- instead it took 4! Would have been good for them to have more follow-up on that issue. Always, always, always deliver on time.

Saw a SUV online called on Sat. morning at 9:01 a.m. showing my interest and explaining that I was from out of town and am willing to give deposit over the phone and fly in the same day for delivery. Ryan (Sales man) was very friendly and told me to fill out pre-approval form at their website which I did immediately and wait for a call back. After hearing nothing for an hour I called and was told by Rob (Ryan's Boss) to give him another 15 mins. Then, I receive an email from Ted (some un-known person) asking to fill out another credit app which I did and called Ryan back to confirm that they got it, just to find out and I quote " The vehicle was sold, Management made a decision to sell the vehicle" and this was at 11.30 a.m. If this is what kind of work ethics this dealership has then they should have told me from the start that this is how they treat customers with mis-leading information and hopes. Very un-professional!!! Definitely I do NOT recommend them! Good luck with locals
