I had a broken amethyst necklace and took it in to heartbeads to get fixed. Not only was the service awesome, one of the employees knows how to wrap gems like a champ! A 14K wrap was economic and looks beautiful. Thank you! 5/5

You'd think after throwing down some bills u would get a little bit friendly service. Whatever. Never coming here again.
