Harry is so impolite and sexist. I came here for a tire rotation with a coupon and then he opted me to have my timing belt changed. I told him I didnt have enough money at the moment, then he gave me this whole speech about how I am a FEMALE AND I DONT KNOW ANYTHING. SO insulted. How can you possible treat customers like this?
By the way Harry, I'm making sure to tell my entire Arcadia Network how much of a FRAUD you are. It will never stop. I hope your business closes down.

Called in for an appointment and had to wait one hour to find out that I need 5 million things for my car. I only needed an oil change and I couldn't even get that! I checked my oil and it was still dirty brown. I may be a girl but I know the least bit about cars.

Stop telling everyone that they need
1. New Tires
2. New Timing Belt
3. New Something
4. Tire Rotation

The owner will try to make at least $200 worth of problems before he lets you go.

I'd rather pay more to go to a honest body shop.

RIP OFF, BEWARE! and here is why! I went in for a simple oil change. I was told my radiator is leaking and needs to be replaced.

Don: "Yea see it's leaking", (showing me green radiator fluid leaking from the sides of my radiator with a flash light) "We can change it right now, we have a 90 day same as cash policy"

Me: What is that?

Don: "You pay in installments within 90 days, with no credit check!"

Me: "No don't do anything but the oil change, I want to get a second opinion"

Don "You don't want to break your engine, you have to get this fixed right away"

I insisted, on my answer to decline his radiator change and after I left I went home. Parked the car in the street and started wiping away the leaky radiator fluid. Upon closer inspection, I find that it is GREEN Radiator fluid. I look at my Radiator reservoir tank and open it. Look inside, and my radiator fluid is ORANGE!! I knew that mofo wanted to rip me off. I called him back and asked him how does Orange radiator fluid leak GREEN! His answer " I don't know it's your car!" make a long story short, this guy thinks he is slick, stay away

Terrible service, terrible horrible customer service, scamming and caniving people with no integrity. They took my money for an engine repair, didn't even touch my engine and told me I would have to pay double what they promised to do the work for. When I told them I couldn't pay that and asked for my money back for the repairs they never did they wouldn't return my money!!! I am still fighting for it this very day. Every owner is unkind and unhelpful. This corporation is filled with liars and thieves. Don't even consider coming here.

Went to visit a friend at the mall and saw this spot. I was in desperate need of getting an oil/filter change and when we decided to go watch a movie, I figured why not get all the work done while we were inside. Saw the yelp reviews, so I was a little hesitant- but the price was good, location was convenient and the guy in the front made me feel very comfortable. Got my car worked on and it was ready and waiting by the time I walked out of the theaters.



I don't live anywhere near the area, but I wish my local mall/theatre had a convenient car service spot located near by!

Went into this place after having my side mirror broken by a biker. I was very upset and frustrated with the situation. Surprisingly, the price was very reasonable and they got the car back to me fast. They also did a great job and I will definitely be coming here again with any future auto problems.

Tried this place out recently and was actually very satisfied! Customer service was great and was done in a timely manner. It was very reasonable and my car was fixed that day. Def. will come back for future services.

I had tried this place a few years ago and was not satisfied... But I heard there was new ownership so I thought I would give it another try because of the convenient location. I'm glad I did because the new owner was very nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions honestly (which a lot of shops won't do) and did not try to rip me off. My car was fixed while I shopped in the mall next door - easy and painless. Definitely would come back.

BEWARE of these greedy peoples, they are true RIPOFF, I took my vehicle for oil change and that Indian guy asked for several pointless repairs…pls. never bring your vehicle there… I must put ZERO star.

I came here last minute for a quick tire rotation. The guy said my car would be ready in 20 minutes. So I went to grab a bite then came back and saw my tires and rims on the floor. I had a meeting in 15 minutes and started to panic. I asked the guy why wasn't my car ready and he told me that he needed to discuss further services that I needed "immediately". I told him I didn't have time for the services and I will come back. Right away his face and tone of voice changed. He angrily printed my service paper and threw the pen towards me to sign the paper. Completely rude! I didn't care at the time because I just wanted to get to my meeting. Just when I thought my car was ready to go, I see my Toyota rim laying in their auto shop and my car parked outside. WHAT IS WITH THESE PEOPLE? My dad couldn't get any worse...I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

The owner is a sexist temperamental rude arrogant donkey. He degrades women by talking to them as if they don't know anything about cars. Be careful what he bills you, because my friends credit card information somehow leaked to the internet right after this transaction. These people are untrustworthy.

I dont come here for oil changes because they try to jip you of $200 worth of service before anything. They ALWAYS show me things that need to be changed or fixed. I do NOT appreciate when they show me a numerous list of whats wrong with my car. I don't appreciate being degraded as a female by Harry. It makes me feel like they're being sexist towards women and trying to take my money. I also dislike that you can't just go in for a simple service. Everything is a hassle with this business.

I went in for a tire rotation and ended up paying over $300 for a new timing belt, when I didn't even need it. Same thing happened to my friends mom. She was told she needed a new timing belt and new tires. This guy Harry will lie to you until he gets at least $300 of your money.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------___________________---------------$$$$$$$$$$$$$--- I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business to anyone. This place should be shut down ASAP!
