We stayed at the GrandStay Hotel for three nights. This is a stylish hotel with a very comfortable room, and excellent service. Its location is great as there are many nice restaurants within walking distance. Jason, the sales manager, got a table for the four of us at one of the best restaurants in Appleton on a Saturday evening. The hotel has all the fine amenities and most travelers will love it after staying there. We plan to stay again on our next visit to Appleton for the Green Bay Packer Games. I give it 5 stars and don't miss out on this gem.

You would want to stay at this place every time you visit the area. Perfect location to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is just beautiful and the staff is very friendly as well. The beds are so comfy. I will be finding out so I can buy one for my house. Very nice job Grand Stay.

Excellent Appleton Hotel that is ideal for the Business traveler needing some extra room and meets all expectations for a quality Hotel stay. The one thing that distinguishes this place from any other in the Appleton area is the people that work there. Friendly, genuine and accommodating describes Stephanie at the front desk. She made us feel at home and should be recognized for her hard work. The morning staff also greeted us and we felt taken care of the entire stay. Just awesome and I would recommend staying there if you are ever in the area.

We picked this place based on location with all the wonderful restaurants, and shops next to FOX RIVER MALL Appleton, WI. We had the absolute BEST stay in this hotel! From the moment we pulled up under the porte-cochère, to the way they greet you in the hotel lobby you feel like VIP in this hotel! I must mention how clean this Hotel is and we really appreciate the effort the staff goes to keep it clean. It's a must Stay at the GrandStay.

This hotel was everything we were looking for. Had to stay in town due in climate weather on a business trip, and their staff treated us amazing. We will be back next time when we return for work for sure. We typically stayed somewhere else but now have a new place:)

A wonderful hotel. The people were very helpful and gave me coupons and recommended a bunch of different places to eat to match my taste. The rooms were very nice with an alarm clock that charged my I phone. The bar had a variety of different beer for me and plenty of different wine for my wife. I would recommend this hotel over any in Appleton and will gladly stay here again when I come back into town!

Fantastic Location, Excellent Service and Beautiful Rooms is how I would recommend the GrandStay Hotel & Suites. As a CEO I travel frequently and stay at the better hotels and this Hotel exceeds them. The staff were very gracious and attentive to the details that distinguish a luxury hotel from chain hotel experience. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. The Fox River Mall is next door so is the Airport within two miles. Location-location-location and I highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for the Weekend with my family and upon arrival all the staff had smiles on their faces and were really friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast and the food was excellent and once again all the staff were smiling and very friendly. Don't forget the lobby bar for a nice drink to unwind. The rooms were very big and CLEAN with all the amenities. The beds were a dream! We would certainly stay here again.

The GrandStay Hotel & Suites Appleton WI goes above and beyond in customer service. As a business traveler, I would rank this hotel as one of the best I have ever stayed at. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. I used their conference room for a training class and the staff made sure everything was available for me to use. The high speed internet was fantastic! They exceeded my expectations! The rooms are spacious and very clean. I will definitely come back and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

Fantastic! My wife and I stayed here over the weekend and absolutely loved the place. It is right by the Fox River Mall and all the restaurants!....too many to count! We loved our room which had plenty space. The beds were the thing I guess I was most impressed with. I was going to take it home but that might not have been allowed lol! Overall the breakfast was very good, and it was great that it was free as well. We will be back for sure. It's a fabulous place with a great location!

This was our first stay in any GrandStay Hotel. We were impressed with the decor throughout the hotel and the cleanliness of the room, hallways and elevator. The continental breakfast was a complete breakfast with many choices and everything was fresh and neatly presented. Every employee was outstanding in providing us services and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We can't believe the high quality of the facility for such a reasonable fee. We will stay again.
