They sold me a lemon ... BUT they made it right! These guys are awesome, I purchased a 2000 Honda Oddesy from them, Then they adjusted the loan (lower) when I found money to pay it off. After pay-off the transmission failed, and a transmission shop informed me that the transmission was inherently defective, and would cost more than the car was worth to rebuild. I went back to Dealer Services with little hope of any help (after all it was an "as is" purchase fully paid for). To my delight, they had the transmission rebuilt, and charged me only their cost (less than 1/2 the transmission shop estimate) and allowed me payments per my budget, Who could ask for more!
