Let’s start with the employee that didn’t look or sound happy at all to be there. From the moment of me walking in and saying good morning his look was irritable and definitely known that he wasn’t happy to be working that day. I dropped off 6 prepaid large boxes 22x18x18 and mentioned I’ll be back later in the day to drop off more, his response was
“ really ! You know your gonna piss of the drivers right ? “ I’m thinking to myself isn’t this a ups drop off location and don’t drivers pick up/drop off packages ? Isn’t this part of there job description ? If they don’t like the job news flash find a different job. So he proceeds to say you know you can have them pick it up from you at your location with an attitude. I said yes I know but there’s a fee associate with that and it’s cheaper when I actually put the work in to drop off. Again with the attitude and arrrggghhh so I told him I also prepay cause it’s cheaper for me since I’m a small business. Again his attitude was there and no changing it. This is a customer service oriented business and he should not be there to service anyone. I will never bring my business there or ever use there services at that location, I spend over $4000 in shipping prepaid online and Alittle over $2500 in miscellaneous services they offer at direct store locations that I now Will bring to another location just Becuase of a piss poor attitude of one employee. Also I will make it a point to persuade other business owners that they should use a different location as I am a member of small businesses association.
Hope the company will read and make adjustments accordingly to ensure better service.
