We just had a truck in for new brakes. Also wanted the thermastat check because it was heating up. I called to see if the truck was ready. I also asked about the thermastat. Was told all looked good. Picked up the truck and it overheated almost instantly. Went and had the radiator flushed which was a suggestion from the mechanic. There was where they tested the thermastat and said it was not working. Ended up on the highway sitting because the truck was overheated. Had to find someone to come and tow me back home. Picked up a new thermastat, put it in the next day, and all was fine. Personally, I don't think the thermastat was checked at all. Plus had called numerous times inquiring about my truck. Got no response, no call backs. Also when I picked up the truck I was then informed that the back brakes needed to be replaced. I had requested that if there was anything that needed attention, to please call me. Never heard a word.
