If not rating them is an option, I would not rate them at all!!! They have very bad business skills very unprofessional and no compassion at all. My nephew died at the age of 2 1/2 years young, and trying to get his monument in was a huge hassle. Its been about 5 months since his blueprints for his monument was approved and its september right now and it still not in all of august and now this part of september we have been told " oh next week it will be in" or " oh our driver is sick, truck is all loaded but no driver." So many excuses. Its not acceptable.

Every time we call to try and talk to someone about this they do not answer their phone, and don't return phone calls, and if you are able to talk to someone then they lady just tells you of her life and doesn't try to help you at all with why your monument has not been put in. Its just a huge run around.

I will never go back to them again. This time was horrible. Really consider other monument places before this one. I am very dissatisfied.
