I was looking to surprise my wife for Mother's Day and because she just had our 2nd child. I was looking to upgrade her ring that went with her engagement ring by trading in the old one and getting a nicer, better quality ring. I went to 4 other jewelry stores before stopping into this store. The other stores I went to were big franchise stores where the service wasn't very good. Not to mention they offered me little for her current ring. I happened to drive by Dan's store in town (he is at the old Gould location, not the new store by Hardees-2 separate stores) and swung in there to see what they had to offer. I ended up talking with Dan, the owner, and he was awesome. Not only was he very nice and eager to please, he offered me double what the other stores were offering me. He also asked me if I had anything else to trade in to increase my options of rings. It so happened that my wife had 2 sets of white gold diamond earrings where she lost one from each set, so she didn't have much use for them. He also gave me top dollar for them. I was able to get my wife a beautiful ring for much higher quality that went perfectly with her engagement ring (the old one didn't really go with her engagement ring). I am so happy I went to his store! He was so helpful and easy to work with. He seemed to care about me as a person and not as a sale. I was happy to spend my money at his store and help out a local business. Good jewelers are hard to find. I highly recommend his store to everyone I know. I am happy that I found a jeweler for life.
