I drive40 miles to pickup a firebox, when I get there the lady tells me kurt had to step out for awhile. I asked her if she could sell me one and she said she didn't know how, if you are going to have people to work for you they should know what they are doing. It worked out for the better, found one at Absco fireplace in Birmingham for $300 cheaper.

I spent over 6000 dollars with these people last year had a problem with my fire place start up this year cant get them to return my call they will take your money then you own it Kirk the sale guy needs to find a new line of work he is a joke.
