This place had good food so I was nice and gave it 2 stars. As for the service lets say 50/50 an older blonde was seriously annoying! I was giving my order with the cashier lady and for some reason this blonde lady felt compelled to interrupt BOTH me and the cashier while I was trying to order! It was soo aggrivating and it went down hill from there! After the wait for food (no problem with the wait) The cashier brought the food but then with toddler in tow I had to go up and ask for more napkins bc this place has decided to keep the napkins where no one can get them yet only give their customers 1. Not going to work when you have a toddler guys!!!!!
Then the Blonde from earlier was talking down to the other employees where I and my daughter could clearly hear! It was ridculous! The employees didnt do anything and were all working yet she had to keep telling them they werent doing good enough! Talk about a a backwards pep talk people.
Overall the place was clean the table wiped down and no trash on the floor. Food was good just wish the blonde lady wasnt such a micro manager and kept on bugging all the other poor employees! especially when I can hear everything!Going there to eat not to hear a bunch of hollaring! Good food just go there with ear-plugs and patience with being interrupted but seriously owners I'm suprised you still have employees!

I totally disagree with the other review given by Katie.allen68. I was there for the first time today with my husband and daughter. The food was VERY good. Our waitress was a very pretty dark haired girl and she could not have been nicer or more helpful. Everything was very clean....including the bathrooms. Hot bread sticks were served with our meal and they were yummy. We each ordered a different meal and loved them. A lot of food was served and we were given take home containers. I am telling everyone I meet about Giardinos. I hope to go back soonl
