I was in need of an apartment for the 2013 school year at UMich and scheduled a 4:15 showing for a one bedroom and studio located in the same house. Upon getting there, I waited outside for ten minutes until someone showed up and informed me that both had already been taken without me being able to see either, despite having a check in hand for the security deposit and first months rent. Not only did I not get to see the apartments, the man who showed up didn't even remember who I was and thought I was somebody else. Very poor company to work with. Good luck to any tenants, hope you have a better experience with your landlords than I did.
