Horrible customer service. We counted on them to follow through as promised. They said it would be 2-3 weeks to do our order. We called at 2 weeks time to check in on our order and they guaranteed they would be done by our event. To our dismay, we call on the "guaranteed" date to see what time we can pick up our order so that our company could wear the new embroidered gear, and Jeff got on the phone and told us there is no way he can get it done in time and that we can come pick up our clothing...he "did not care". He was so rude, left us hanging until LITERALLY THE LAST DAY then tells us to come pick up our stuff. Horrible service. We were also going to use them to imprint on 2500 cloth bags/koozies this summer, and for 6 teams jerseys for the Iowa Games in ....NOT USING THEM NOW!! Thanks for giving us the ultimate reason to go elsewhere. We will be sure to let everyone we know about our horrible experience here. Now we are leaving for a convention this evening and do not have our embroidered clothing that we were promised almost a month ago. DO NOT GO HERE.
