Used them for years--good people

Carey Crowson and family rebuilt an old baby grand my sister bought at an auction several years ago. They had to rebuild the soundboard. Years later our two girls are still playing it. We have it tuned about once/year by Crowsons (very reliable) and have also had a humidifier installed to keep it better in tune. Great experience. Our church also uses him.
