I owned wood you furniture of Noth Miami #32 we offered staining and clearing for the customers that simply wouldn't finish the furniture. And to the customer said that the store wouldn't return finishes even if they were not open. If you have a receipt and it was in 14 days,my store , and I believe this store would have issued a refund. Up to 30 days, we would just swap the stain or clearathane to a different stain or top coating. If you purchased the finishing kit, Wood you guarantees the item you finish, if you follow the step by step instructions, which I would demonstrate the first 6 steps, that it finished beautifully. The customer had purchased thr itemb2 weeks ago, and step one only the instructions, were to do a light sanding to open the pores of the wood, and he simply didn't do that. I finished the top of the chest, and informed him to please follow the instructions. Wood You Furniture guarantees the finish, just follow the instructions

Over the years, I have bought a lot from them! My entire home is furnished from here! I had everything done in black paint! Extremely satisfied! For solid wood, finished furniture, I feel like the prices are reasonable! I'm still purchasing from Wood You!

Very nice sales people. I ordered over the phone from the website. I've bought from Wood You before (different locations) and was pleased with the furniture. But I have to say this piece is poorly constructed. Doors are not lined up properly causing one door latch to bend out of position the entire piece doesn't seem to be level and wobbles on hard floor. I'm hoping it will be better on carpeting

BUYER BEWARE: look at their return policy closely. THEY DO NOT LET YOU RETURN STAINS OR POLYURETHANES EVEN IF THEY ARE UNOPENED. Also note that they charge 2-4 times the price of their next-door neighbor Sherwin Williams, which does allow returns. If you would like to but a piece from Woodyou, do yourself a service and buy the stain at SW!
