Scammers. Buyer beware. They sold my grandson a 185 dollar necklace that was valued for 30. They refused refund the same day!

Buyer beware! They are way overpriced for what you recieve. I learned the hard way and when you find out, well "No Refunds" I found out the same day and tried to get my money back. Their reply was basically, "we know what we are doing and tough luck" He stated, " if you are willing to pay 1000 for a 100 piece , then that's your fault not ours!"

My grandson spent 185 dollars on a locket that turned out to be worth 30. When we found out and complained,, they said, "NO Refunds!!!" They even admitted it was junk and smiled about it.

This place is horrible. They sell crappy jewelry that falls apart within days of purchase.. they do not stand behind their merchandise.. and the only way u can exchange the merchandise is to spend more money and do what they call upgrade.. The owner could care less and pretty much admitted out of his own mouth that he sold us crappy merchandise and knowing it when he sold it... so now I'm stuck w a crappy ring and watch.. beware!!!
