  • Materials we use: 2lb. Spray Urethane Foam: The foam we use for insulation is called HEATLOK Soy foam. It is made by Demilec, a developer of environmentally safe spray foam. HEATLOK Soy provides buildings with high, long-term thermal resistance, excellent air barrier and a recognized vapour retarder. The foam itself is class 1 rigid spray foam with an R-value of 6.6 per inch. The foam is spray-applied and is used for commercial and residential perimeter wall insulation. HEATLOK Soy Benefits: Exceptional air sealing, savings in heating and cooling, zero ozone depletion, earth Friendly, soy based, recycled plastics, Coating: The coating that we use is Polished Hi-E. It is a high performance, sprayed, plural component pure polyuria elastomer exhibiting very high elongation. It provides an extremely flexible, resilient, tough membrane with good water and chemical resistance. Recommended Uses: Liner for concrete tanks, ponds, lagoons, irrigation ditches, tunnels, etc.; Steel tanks, silos and pipes, Roof systems, Protective elastomer for sprayed-in-place urethane foam, Rock shield for pipelines.
