Horrible service, very unsafe. Serious lack of consistency. I took my daughter last year, she was not tall enough to ride the go karts according to the sign. An employee placed cushions in her kart to make her tall enough and allowed her to drive alone. I took both my kids just on Saturday, 5/16/15. I purchased 2 rounds of go karts for each of them. They stood in line for about 40 minutes to get on. They were both allowed in their own kart no problem. When they finished, they exited and got back in line for round 2. After waiting in line for approximately 30 minutes they were told they were too short to drive their own kart. I told the employee they had just ridden and drove alone. He told me whoever let them on shouldn't have. He was short and very snappy with me. I then approached the cashier for a refund. I also told her they had just ridden alone no problem but now were being told they couldn't. She stated that when they are busy it's a liability. I pointed out that it was busier at the park when they where allowed on and drove their own kart an hour earlier. This seriously makes me question the safety of the kids as well as the employees being qualified. How is it only sometimes a liability? Either it's safe or it's not. Not only were my kids extremely disappointed, the park's employees were rather rude to them and myself about it. I will not go back ever again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. They are a serious liability to themselves.

Took my 7 year old son there in June 2013. There were several children and adults purposely ramming each other. Now I am in no means a whiner. But what drew the line for me was this. My son and I were spun into the wall and and got stuck since the car doesn't have reverse. No big deal. However, while sitting and waiting for an attendant to come give us a hand. An adult, not a child, rimmed our car on the side and full speed. Hurt my boy's head and my arm. The manager/owner, Chris I believe was his name, stood on the track while all of this happened. When I said something to him, he said well a we can't really enforce anything. When I asked for a refund on my remaining tickets, he rudely told me no. The adult in the car that hit us, disappeared otherwise I would have given him a piece of my mind. I understand go karts can rub and bump. But when it becomes a crashem derby, i will have to draw the line. Had Mr. Chris kicked the guy that hit us off the track or yelled at him or even apologized, I would not be too upset. But the guy wouldn't even apologize. I will never spend another dime at this place.
