The owner (mr. James) is a crook. We had 8 tickets booked to Thailand. My mom got very sick and was in the ICU for 2 weeks. We had to cancel our reservations. After 3 weeks of fighting he said they can not waive the $250 canc fee, not even for my moms ticket. He said she has to die! Lol. I argued some more and called Korean airlines who said that it has to be an emergency. I told them we gave New World Travel a note for the Doc. They never got it. When I aske mr James and Tess about it they asked me for another copy. I gave up. We got the check after visiting his store several times but he said don't deposit yet there is not enough money in account. This company is a joke.

New World Travel made mistakes on our ticket, refused to correct mistakes took our ticket and has refused to give ticket back or return phone calls.
