The women that take care of my daughter are great. I have been taking my almost 7 month old to this daycare since she was 4 months old. However, I would give the receptionist in the morning,not even 1 star... On a normal day, she acts as if anything your asking is an annoyance to her, I try to be respectful. Some people just have those harder attitudes. My first thoughts where we will see how this goes, maybe it takes time to get to know her. She is rude everyday. She has an attitude about everything you try and ask her for. Everything is an inconvenience. I thought she would become nicer as I talked to her. Not the case, and don't fall on hard times, she will make you feel like less of a person. I don't know why they have her up front in a customer services position. Shes beyond rude. No one deserves to be treated the way she treats people. Unhappy to say goodbye to the women who have been looking after my daughter everyday.

This is one of the worst day care centers in Anchorage, Just go to the Anchorage child care division and check the reports. Children hurt needing medical attention, teacher taking children outside for a cigarette break. School not keeping proper records. I feel this school should be shut down. If the municipality was not overpaid and under worked maybe we would have safer schools.
