Rudy with Harthaven made a very difficult time easier to manage. He was very supportive and helpful with preplanning when we found out our beloved rottie had advanced cancer and would be leaving us within a few months.



He was a wealth of information and helped us to connect with a vet that would come to our home when the time came. This enabled us to bring peace to our old girl at home where she was comfortable and felt safe.



When the time came Rudy was very compassionate and made sure to communicate with us through the process.



Harthaven has a large variety of urns and plaques that we were able to choose from both in their office and available to order from catalogues. Rudy also offered different suggestions and ideas and provided us the information we needed to help with our decisions.



The different services that Harthaven offered were more affordable than I had imagined they would be but the quality of service went far beyond the fees.
