Aquarian Charter School, located in Anchorage, Alaska, is a charter magnet school, which is a part of the Anchorage school district. It enrolls more than 250 students, from kindergarten through six. It is open to all students in the Anchorage area, and admission is through a lottery procedure. It offers a comprehensive education in core curricular areas, including subjects, such as, English, mathematics, social science, literature, science, and history. It also provides instruction in Spanish, music, art, and drama. Aquarian Charter School encourages all students to participate in extracurricular activities, including sports, such as, basketball, volleyball and football.
