My car was brought to Point S for repairs after a wreck. I have a had a noise in the wheel that was damaged ever since, and it's been 3 months. Took it back to them and was told it was the exhaust and a tow package that had been put on. The took off the tow package and replace the bushings on the exhaust. They handed me a hanger for the exhaust that wasn't put back on, even though it had been on there since the tow package was installed. They didn't get rid of the noise. Ended up taking it to Toyota and the wrong size bolt was used to put my shock back on and a part for my parking brake is missing. It has been three months and countless hours on the phone and a huge headache trying to get my car repaired. I've been without a car for a week now and will be for at least another week. I would not recommend them for any work or repairs.
