Here teachers can engage themselves in sexual acts with inmates and not risk losing their teaching certification. Staff can verbally and physically abuse inmates as much as they desire. The criminal warden, William Sperfslage, makes this prison a living Hell. He has even lied in a federal court trial, allowed inmates to dig an escape tunnel under Living Unit C for 362 days. He did nothing to Officer Vernon Isaac after he slammed a severely disabled inmate - while shackled in cuffs, to the floor. He has ZERO leadership skills. Staff members are lazy and sit around doing nothing. This prison is nothing but a waste of our taxes.
