Complete scum. This company operates like a gang of childish clowns living out their middle school revenge fantasies. William Maloy (and Kevin, dont forget Kevin) are why predatory towing and repo laws exist. Film every single second you have the misfortune of spending in their company.

The customer service was horrible ! Every time I had to call to get more information they acted so annoyed with every call or question. Very uninviting once I got there. It seemed as if everyone but Sam had a negative attitude. Sam was extremely helpful!! I gave sam a 50 dollar bill ( I needed 15 dollars back) and the owner walked by and started screaming at me for not having correct change. The owner made this experience a very sour one

Shady company! Stay away! Very misleading and deceptive tactics! They will rip you off! They are violating every law possible that they list on their website! Very unprofessional staff! You have to choose 1 star at least in order to post but they don't deserve ANY!

I wish they would knock on the door before taking someones car. I understand that they dont want to argue but a note on the door or something would have been nice. Even if it's after the car is officially hooked up first
