I have known Jerry and his crew for over 25 years, using and tapping their expertise for my automotive repair shop in Mission Viejo. There are plenty of people out there that off-road and abuse their vehicles only to blame it on the shop. If they tried to talk Crawler out of going there, it was a nice way of saying that they'd rather not do business with him.This is the best place around because they are genuine, know their product and service and do a great job. I wish there was 0 stars that I could give this company! My husband took his axles there. they promised him a turnaround of a couple days. They took a week and a half!! They charged him more than they quoted him. And bent his studs so my husband had to take the axles back to them. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered! Buyer beware!

They didn't know the driveshaft I had. They actually tried to talk me out of taking my truck there. Buyer beware.
