My mom and I waited an unacceptably long time at check out and they charged my moms card twice and when she called them on it they refused to pay her back! That store needs new management or just needs to be shut down

My mother and I went to Super King today and the service was awful. A leader cashier named ahed was talking disrespectfully to another cashier that was asking her to assist me with the rain check. She told her "stop asking me to hurry." Later on when she assisted me, she got me the item requested and thrown it to another cashier to assist us. This other cashier was nice and helpful. This is the second time that I have been treated with disrespect by this Ahed person at your Anaheim store. Please do something to this person to change the way she talks to customers or many customers would go to other places due to bad customer service!!!

Super King has very good produce and meats at the cheapest prices that we have ever found. Today, we got bananas, strawberries blackberries, sweet potatoes, radishes, and cucumbers.for $11.00. two full grocery bags.
