Absolutely the worst place to live, aside of all the crazy people that live there, their office staff is incompetent.

-they act like they care for about 30 seconds.... If you have an issue with whatever it is they will forget about you right after you walk out of that office.

-they're not humble nor good in faith, don't expect anything but for them to squiz every single penny you have.

-2 months after I moved out all I got was a phone call from the collections office telling me I owed MP $200.

Don't move in even if you are tired of living at home, stay away from these money sucking vampires.

I will just state that these apartments are beautiful and definately a dream come true....although the staff very quickly turned into a nightmare. Long story short our fridge had stopped working and as soon as it did we let the front desk know....after several days/calls/ and attempts our fridge was not fixed. Instead we were blamed and they told us it was over filled....so we took some items out leaving only ice cream and frozen items. Even when it still did not work we made several calls to emergency maintance and no one called us back. My boyfriend and I spoke at seperate times to 4 different staff members and all four told us we would be reimbursed for our food because the fridge was provided by them and not fixed in time to save our food which had now gone bad. I checked my lease and it clearly states owner not resident will be responsible for fixing and replacing any damage. Renters insurance does not cover this and when i asked the person incharge of resident relations she said "no you do not need renters insurance it is our responsibility to fix and reimburse you" 3 other people told us the same thing. when i finaly was able to contact the manager she did not give me the time of day stating she did not beleive me and that her staff would not lie to her or me and it is my responsibilty to take care of my property. It got so bad we had to call the police due to her harrasment...unfortunatley ther was nothing they could do but I strongly advice you look into the BBB.ORG re:this company and see for your self....Good Luck to anyone who is stuck like I was.
