Nickle and dime you. They ask you to color match the walls to paint over any nail holes (don't they have paint sitting in their office knowing that they'll have to cover some up anyways?) Charged me because I didn't put the veggie crisper in the fridge back on the tracks. Seriously? They're insane. Claimed I didnt get my deposit back because of unpaid rent the last month. What?? I even got a confirmation from them that my rent was paid. The lies they will come up with to keep your deposit is outrageous.

compared to BMG these people are rude and unprofessional to work with! Horrible experience other than the sweet receptionist girl up front.

James and kayden who always come to fix things in my apartment are awesome maintenance man. Very social but not over the top. They always call before hand and are very polite. Kayden especially is super awesome with my kid and always interacts with him so nicely. It really makes getting something in my place fixed a good experience. Thanks guys!

There staff treats renters with disdain. They are rude and treat you like you are beneath their feet even if you have never been late on rent or had a problem. Rooftop rentals also never gives back a deposit based on my interviews of previous tenants. During their final walk through they point to everything clean or not and say it is dirty. Most renters I have spoken with get all of their deposit taken and get an additional bill for unnecessary cleaning. They will bill for light bulbs that were not burned out. They bill for all maintenance. Do not rent from them or kiss your deposit goodbye.

They do not take care of their tenants. Their employees are rude and it is constant problems. They show your apartment if you give them a notice while you are not home. How do you know that people will not look through your stuff? They might be good for the owners of the properties, but their tenants are not happy. By the way don't brother cleaning your unit even the carpets they will just take your whole deposit anyway. I WOULD NOT RENT FROM THEM AGAIN. FIND SOME WHERE ELSE.

After using another popular management company and being extremely dissatisfied, I made the switch to Rooftop and have been thoroughly impressed. They have demonstrated exemplary communication and my unit has been overall much more profitable and well taken care of. When a friend moved into the area for a period she rented another unit from them and was treated with such respect as a tenant. I would recommend them to anyone.
