My treatment integrates many different and effective psychological approaches to uniquely match the needs of each person who comes to my office. My whole person approach to treatment with people helps them understand the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit for growth in health and happiness to maximize their health and longevity. I help people help themselves by increasing their consciousness/awareness to make the best and healthiest choices for themselves and their relationships with others. In my treatment of stress, anxiety, trauma and depression, I help people alleviate, inoculate and extinguish the symptoms and causes, for mind, body and spirit healing. I help couples and families improve their relationships by helping them effectively communicate their love, care, concerns, wants, and needs, in a good feeling way. I help people to develop understanding and consciousness to make healthier choices for maximized health as a whole person, mentally, physically and spiritually.
