I love having the monthly sticker, your able to wash your car everyday if you want. Saves you money and my car looks amazing after

I went three times and two times not enough workers they say computer broke and sent everyon in line without service after waiting 30 minutes. I'm not sure why they are in business Horrible.

I brought my vehicle into this car wash on 08/06/2016 for detailing and that is where the night mare begins. I paid $152.00. For that amount of money for a "Detailing" my expectation was that it would be hand washed. I dropped my car off and after 3 hours I received a call that my vehicle was ready. Upon arriving to my vehicle I immediately noticed scratches by the left front tire fender area. I contacted their staff (Sam) and as expected he denied knowing anything about how the damage was caused and referred me to PJ the manager however PJ was not available until the following day. Long story short this car wash caused damage to my vehicle and refuses to own up to it. I own a very nice vehicle which I take very good care of and for them to claim that it is impossible to have occurred on their premises is insulting.

I am curious has any other Yelp/ YP users had damage to their vehicle by this car wash? I was told by JP that they do not document any incidences of damage.
