I'm very dissatisfied with their rigid return policy. I tried to return a $200 football helmet and $150 shoulder pads that were literally worn once indoors. The owner just needed to approve the return. He saw a blade of synthetic grass on the helmet and immediately said no way. Come on! Just looking for an excuse to say no. They were in pristine condition and without a scratch. No contact was made with the equipment. Helmet was laid on indoor grass surface. I have not been able to get rid them at any price. As a business owner who sells $2000+ products and replaces them out of warranty for zero cost to the customer, i dont understand how someone could be so callous to the customer. I will never step foot in their store again. They must have big contracts with school districts. I dont know how else you can stay in business with their attitude towards the customer. Shame on them. If it was possible, they would have gotten zero stars for their zero sympathy.

Very very good people to work with!!!! Honest and respectful thankful we found them.

Overpriced. All three things I ordered were not what was promised. Low quality.
