poor customer contact service, I was usually speaking with voicemail or somebody traveling on the road, never had person to person contact. Customer service desk unavailable for vendor walk ins. poor management

Price increases, terrible service, and it turned out they had been price gouging the whole time I was their customer. Other box companies might not be any better but I WILL not go back to Amarillo Custom Box Company.
