The lady supervisor didn't seem to care much about truck drivers who make sure their shipment arrives promptly, neither did she care if the driver had to be somewhere else to pick up on time. She needs to set an example of a team leader. I just missed my next load thanks to Miss Erica

Remember you asked for a review. Wow what an exasperating experience. Went there to buy a bed. After the purchase I was informed that I needed to buy a box spring and frame to go with my $500. plus mattress. It's like buying a car, and then the dealer says, Oh, you want the wheels, and engine too? Was told they had to order it because it was a Twin XL, but if I made the purchase that day they would rush the order in so that I could get it sooner than the usual 14 days. It ended up taking over 2 weeks, and then it was shipped to the wrong store. When I was finally able to go pick it up, I saw a sign in the store that stated, "ALL SALES ARE FINAL". In this case I have to agree. That is the FINAL SALE the will make to me. Never will I step foot in that store again.

We purchased a mattress set from American Freight and it was a much more pleasant experience than I had anticipated! The sales associate who helped us, Greg, was extremely helpful! He listened to our needs and directed us to the product that best fit our budget! The young man who loaded it on our car was also very nice, unfortunately I didn't catch his name... We will be returning customers for any of our future furniture needs!!!

We are very please with both of our purchases from American Freight! We 1st purchased a sectional, 3pcs end table/coffee table set, and dinning room table & chairs set last year. We just purchased a bedroom set last month. Greg our salesmen was great to us both times! He really helped us get exactly what we were wanting! I have told both friends and family about our excrescences and how pleased we were! Thanks again Greg!
