We went 3 times.
First time they said the piercer would be there at 5. We arrived back at 5 and the piercer was still gone. Even though people were there because the light was on and the sign said open.
They said the piercer had a, "wild night" and would not be in.
We came back the next day, and we waited. The light was on, sign said open. Doors locked.
The local parlors said that they're bad like that. They lock the door on those who aren't regulars. Won't be going here again.
