Property owner here, please do yourself a favor and just manage the property yourself rather than deal with these people. They do no treat property owners any better than they treat tenants. They will arbitrarily withhold rent from you for no good reason, the owner Gail will not return your calls or emails unless you threaten legal action. They even steal $200 from tenant's security deposit as a "non-refundable service fee", just out to steal money whenever they can. I could go on and on. Just stay away, dealing with them is more work than dealing with a tenant.

Unfortunately I didn't do my research with this company and once I applied for a home I did look it up and could not find 1 positive review now I know why..But still I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, plus I already submitted an App so I come to find out afterwards they take multiple applications on each house. Nice little scam they have going on, just because they add it to the application I'm fine print doesn't make it right. So I wonder how many of us got scammed out of $100.00 oh I got approved but not for the house I applied for. Really wish I would done my homework first I would of gone with a different company. Believe me I will never go here again.

Let’s face it, in the Property Management, (Land Lording Business), it isn’t always possible to keep all parties, (Landlords & Tenants) happy. In real estate, it is important to adhere to the terms of leases and other contracts between landlords and tenants.



In fact, we would not be doing our job responsibly if there were no unhappy campers, thus there will be complaints from time to time.



In 2008-2009 I was taken away from the focus of the business, but earlier this year, I returned to take control of the company I founded.



That said, it is always my goal to satisfy the needs of our customers, and I would certainly welcome the opportunity to discuss any and all concerns that our customers may have with our firm.
