Mike at the Pool Shack is the best Business Operator I have ever dealt with. I got my first pool and he personally came out to my house to help me understand the system. Every time I go in there he offers Honest, Helpful Advice. He never upsells, and I always leave feeling better about my situation. Best Experience ever with a Local Business

Great customer service from Mike and Mitch. Been a customer here for years and years and they are always quick to help out, to repair equipment at fair prices, and to provide service and products at a fair price.

I recently had a very bad experience with this company. I needed service and they came promptly and accessed the issue. Then my wife received a call with the quote, which we agreed to. When the bill came it was for almost twice the original quotation. When I called to discuss the overage, I was informed that the cost quoted was just for the part and that my wife was informed about the installation, which is not true!!!!!!!!Trust is a big issue in this business and I have none for this company!
