These guys try to upsell you on overpriced stuff you don't need. I actually had to say "No Means NO!" After fighting off the upsale attempts my basic oil change (advertised for $18.99) cost $38.99. Needless to say, I won't be back.

First oil change, I was "sold" a higher quality oil to allow me 5000-6000 miles between changes. After 5003 miles, I went back to get a new change. The "manager" was very condescending, chiding me for going over 3000 miles, calling me "baby" and "sweetie". As I tried to explain the type of oil I was sold before, he told me that they never sold that type of oil and that I had been lied to. Then he tried to reassure me that the people who had been there before have all been fired. Ladies especially, don't go here even if it seems like a good deal! Unless you prefer to pay someone who will talk to you like a child and lie about the product you are being sold.
