The Elkins and Freedman law firm was effective, responsive, and knowledgeable to me during my dire family law situation. Before hiring Mr. Elkins, my ex-girlfriend/mother of my child was not letting me see my child. After hiring Mr. Elkins, I got my child at least half the time. I was most impressed with Mr. Elkins ability and willingness to directly level with my ex-girlfriend/mother of my child, whom initially was uncooperative and not represented. I sincerely felt that Mr. Elkins was my advocate and he got the job done. I highly recommend Mr. Elkins and the Elkins and Freedman law firm.

After the economy took a turn our family thought the ONLY hope was to file bankruptcy. We thought just in case we don’t have the money in the future to file we would pay the whole amount now. $2,925 to be exact. We sat with Richard Freedman for a little over an hour to get the paperwork to take home to fill out. We found a job and was talking with our mortgage co and credit cards to find a different solution, we asked Richard Freedman for our money back minus what he charges per hour for his time. I was thinking like $200 per hour. He sent me a $425 check, Richard Freedman charged me $2,500 for an hour. All we asked him was to do the right thing that if he could take what little one family with 4 kids had and still charge $2,500 per hour for no services. I would strongly not recommend Richard Freedman in any circumstance. His agreement also says I quote (the base attorney’s fee for the filing of bankruptcy is $2,500) but he did not file
