Waited on phone for 12 minutes to be told it would be another 21 - 30 minutes before the call would be answered. Poor service!

don't bother calling

I am handicapped and often call a store to make sure they have the items I want in stock before I drive out there. I have attempted to contact Best Buy several times on the phone and have yet to have anyone answer. I don't bother shopping there anymore as it's too much hassle. Whoever is supposed to be answering the phones is completely worthless and needs to be fired.
