After weeks of dealing with other labs that were unfriendly, unprofessional, and unaccommodating, I finally found ArcPoint and I COULD NOT be happier with the experience I have had with them. Jim was amazing and went out of his way to help me out through a very difficult and stressful time. Brandy, their LPN was so sweet and pleasant to work with. I couldn't have found a better group of people if I tried! Truly AMAZING customer service and lab work; I got my results back the next day! Altogether an amazing experience. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful and easy it has been getting all of this testing done!
