Affordable.. Good stock generally..

Very cheap and affordable. I go mostly to buy fresh vegetables which are really good here.

Lack of respect to customers. Cheap store.



I purchased a bottle of Bleach around closing time (9:00PM) from this market yesterday April 2, 2013. When arrived home and removed the item from my car I realized the exterior of the bottle was wet, when I opened the bottle I found the seal is broken and bleach had leaked out of the bottle to the carpet inside the car. Immediately washed the carpet however it was damaged and discolored.



I took the bleach back to the store this morning and asked to speak to a manager who directed me to the store manager. The store manager said “there is nothing I can do about the damaged carpet because it did not happen inside the store, the bottle might have flipped over while driving and the store is not responsible when items leave the store”



There was no apology, no credit given except a replacement sealed bleach bottle.



The bottle did not flip over. I know. Because it was within other items purchased at the same time and was sitting tight in the car. However bleach leaked out during driving. I have no control on that. It is the store responsibility to inspect what they sell and if they missed an item and damage done to customer, store must take responsibility. This store manager had no respect to his customer.



Next time I will open every bottle of any product and inspect if it is sealed before buying. No one in store can ask me not to as they take no responsibility.



Very unethical.
