Horrible. Incompetent. Fraudulent. They manage the Cobra insurance for my husband�s former employer. We paid for Cobra for May and June and they have yet to inform our insurance company that we continued coverage for those two months. So insurance company will not pay claims b/c they show us as termed. I have made 6 phone calls to WageWorks with no resolution, and given reference numbers for each of my calls that then do not exist when I call back to follow up. Former employer also got involved with no results. I have NEVER seen this level of incompetence in a company. Hundreds of complaints about this company online. Horrible.
